Whether you're equipping classrooms or field teams, success starts before the purchase order: lock region-correct models, fix capacities and colorways that simplify inventory, pre-approve accessories, and freeze labeling rules. From there, treat the plan like a contract with dates and owners—allocation windows, document release, customs pre-checks, inbound schedules, and a handover you could audit six months later without opening a single carton.

Design the Kit Backwards from the Use Case
